At Bellissimo Hats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new headwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Hat

  Carefully place the hat back in its original protective box with all tags attached to ensure it maintains its shape during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund or replacement.
